Explore Central Park by foot, bike or carriage ride. There are always interesting sights
(and many special events) in the Park.

There are many parades during the year. I was there for the German-American Steuben Parade.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art (The Met) is a must!

The Met is open late on Friday evenings with a bar and cool art on the rooftop (warmer months).

The Cloisters, a branch of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, is devoted to the art and architecture of medieval Europe. It is located at the northern tip of Manhattan (and included in the Met ticket price).

The beautiful building was assembled from architectural elements, both domestic and religious, that date from the 12th through the 15th century.
